Child Safety Standards

Dua: AI Date Planner Couples is committed to preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform. This page outlines our standards, reporting mechanisms, and compliance practices.

Our app is for adults

Dua is designed exclusively for adult couples aged 18 and older. Account creation requires users to attest they are at least 18 years of age. Our content rating and age targeting in app stores reflects this restriction.

No public discovery or stranger interaction

Dua connects two users who have explicitly invited each other into a couple. There is no public profile discovery, no stranger matching, no public feed, no chat with non-partners, and no mechanism for users to find or contact minors. Content created in the app is visible only to the two people in a verified couple.

Zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM

We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and content or behavior that facilitates child sexual abuse and exploitation. Any user found violating this standard will have their account terminated immediately and the content reported to the appropriate authorities as required by law.

How to report a concern

If you encounter content or behavior on Dua that you believe involves child safety concerns, please report it immediately to shin.park@oneparkdigital.com. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. We respond to all reports and take appropriate action including removing content, terminating accounts, and reporting to authorities where required.

In future app updates, Dua will include an in-app reporting affordance to streamline this process. Until then, the email above is the designated and monitored reporting channel.

Reporting to authorities

Where applicable law requires it, Dua reports apparent child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the United States, and cooperates with relevant authorities in other jurisdictions including the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF) in the United Kingdom and equivalent bodies in Singapore, Taiwan, and other regions where the app is available.
